Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.

We will process refunds upon receipt of the returned item/s and after inspection. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping Charges

Many of our items include free shipping within the UK, although additional charges for the Highlands and Islands will apply and pallet deliveries of large heavy items such as solar panels, large inverters and batteries. We unfortunately do not ship internationally at this time.
